From performing Insurance Risk assessments on acquisitions, internal Insurance Risk monitoring through surveys, to carrying out Insurance Risk awareness sessions, and engaging with key stakeholders including senior management, this role provides extensive exposure to various aspects of our business.

Key job elements:
Acts as Single Point of Contact for a product or line of business in relation to Insurance Risks to ensure effective and efficient working of the Insurance Risk processes as described in the Operational Policies and procedures.
Manages a line of business's client insurance program and the involved administration of the insurance policies and coverage summaries.
Responsible for the renewal process administration of an insurance line of coverage.
Support the EMEA Insurance risk director in supporting CBRE IM Asset Managers and external service providers.
Supports the EMEA Insurance risk Director in the administration and maintenance of the Total Cost of Risk and budgetary documents.
Assists in interpreting, implementing, and developing policies, procedures, and processes for a department and/or country.
Develops and maintains controls and the completeness and accuracy of the Control Framework for Insurance risk controls.
Develops and maintains Insurance Risk categories as to be used in the Insurance Risk management policies and procedures.
Develops and maintains the execution of the Insurance Risk monitoring plan.
Monitor the Insurance Risks in the Risk Management system and assist the EMEA Insurance risk business partner to report periodically on Insurance Risks to the relevant governing bodies.
Liaise with Operations, Digital & Technology and CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions to ensure adequate data management of the Insurance Risks in the Risk Management system.
Maintain and execute the Insurance risk Awareness process including management of the Insurance risk intranet page.
Ensure Property Managers fulfill their insurance related obligations.
Regular meetings to be held with key stakeholders.

Professional Education & Experience
Business Administration University degree or Business Economics degree in Risk management
4+ years’ knowledge and experience in Real Estate Insurance Risk Management, EMEA preferred
