What will you do as a Business Insights Lead?
As a Business Insights Lead you will be responsible for support and continuous improvement of our Data & Analytics portfolio.
You will join the Data & Analytics team within HEINEKEN Global Procurement. In this role you maintain and improve the (master) data and reporting portfolio for maximum value delivery with the following key deliverables:
1.Optimal visibility on key procurement metrics such as spend, payment terms, quantities and performance KPIs with high quality content
2.Delivery of structural and ad hoc insights to drive performance and trigger continuous improvement initiatives
3.An engaged and trained user base across HGP able to interpret and use provided insights.
As you will be working in close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders at various levels, you bring proven communication skills to secure stakeholder buy-in and to challenge status quo.

- Education: University level
- Work experience: 3-5 years.
- Required work experience in field of expertise: demonstrated Data literacy working in a multi-national environment.
- Other fields of expertise: Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain
- Functional skills: Strong & practical experience working with data, broad understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain processes.
- Languages: Fluent English essential
