Description

• Manage A-Z of Cash Allocation in the order-to-cash process including applying cash received from customers to the appropriate invoices and credit memos;
• Ensure that all payments are posted accurately within the order-to-cash process;
• Reconcile any open invoices;
• Communicate effectively within different departments internally but also to different stakeholders;
• Provide documentation that is accessible and accurate for auditing;
• Generate reports regarding Cash Allocation processes;

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a relevant field;
• Previous experience as a Cash Allocation Analyst or with similar tasks, working in an international company is a big advantage;
• Experience with programs such as SAP and MS Office;
• Good command of the English language, Dutch/German/French/Spanish is a big advantage;
• Available from 32 hours;
• You are detail-oriented, communicative and have good multitasking/organization skills;
