We are looking for a Chatbot Development Specialist
Are you able to design conversational flows, train our new chatbot, and enhance its performance for personalized customer interactions? As our Chatbot Development Specialist, you will be collaborating with several teams to design chatbot solutions, develop effective communication strategies and train our new chatbot. In addition, you will provide valuable support to our customer service team, monitor performance metrics, and deliver regular updates to management. Join our team and make a significant impact in revolutionizing our customer experiences through Chatbot Development.
Your responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design chatbot solutions based on customer service requirements;
Develop conversational flows, scripts, and responses to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers;
Train chatbots using machine learning techniques to improve their understanding and response accuracy;
Continuously monitor and analyze chatbot performance, making necessary adjustments for improvement;
Optimize chatbot algorithms to enhance natural language processing and improve customer satisfaction.
