AdresFashion clothing import and sourcing co is seeking a senior COO for their office based in Amsterdam starting immediately.
Job requirements:
1:Work on business development & making plans /strategies for Business growth.
2:Develop & Implement Mrtkg strategies.
3:Make strategies smooth operation with the partners overseas in India, Bangladesh Turkey Etc
4:Manage overall Finances for optimum utilizations in NL & India
5:Work with overseas factories as well as customers in terms of importing goods, managing legal contracts and other import related issues.
6:Dealing with Agents and partners we work with overseas in legal and contractual matters for smooth operations of the company
7:Give inputs on Product development and designs to the design team for developing new collections
8:Helping the CEO in generating sales .
Experience
Min 10 plus years of experience of working a Fashion based Import /Export business dealing with Factories & clients Globally.
Managing Legal and contractual matters with overseas manufacturing and imports with the factories as well as Clients in Europe, USA and South America.
Experience in managing Cash flow and financial including international payment terms etc.for Import Export
Fashion marketing &some design .
