Main Responsibilities:
Resolve and investigate customer claims, debit notes, and disputes
Communicate and collaborate with relevant departments such as collections and finance
Sarbanes Oxley compliance when managing claims
File relevant documentation
Issue credit notes

Main Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (additional European language is a plus)
Accurate, results-oriented, and well organised
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
