AdresWe are looking for a passionate Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) focusing on Security to join the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team. The GPS team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more. This position is a hands-on technical role spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on security. You will leverage your technical expertise to help customers to realize their objectives.

Responsibilities
Partner Enablement and Execution:
Enablement Execution: Lead and/or contribute to the delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and trainings necessary to build partners’ technical skills
Technical Engagement: Lead deep technical engagements, including; Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions, and Hackathons
Best Practice Sharing: Collaborate with Microsoft’s Engineering teams to generate technical insight and enable best practices sharing
Solution Development: Aid partners to develop and implement high quality solutions and/or services leveraging Microsoft’s latest technologies
Evangelism: Evangelize partners’ practices and solutions in customers’ implementations via Technical briefings and Architecture Review Session
Tech Sales:
- Enable partners on technical pre-sales skills while supporting initial partners’ wins and work to unblock technical issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent experience
Proven track record of building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs and practice building executives in ISV, MSP, CD and Sis.
Ability to solve Partner problems and unblock technical issues, leveraging internal and/or external resources.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Solution Area products and services, and knowledge of market business environment
5-8 years of success in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications required
