Main Responsibilities:
- Perform collection duties
- Create dispute cases
- Provide customer service to the assigned accounts and ensure to maintain strong client relationships
- Perform actions to ensure updated and clean customer ledgers (adjustment forms, write offs, bad debt reviews etc.)
- Take part in any other projects related to collection services
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- To-do mindset and proactive attitude
- Knowledge of SAP is a Plus
- Willingness to work from the office 2x per week
