Principle purpose of role:
Your purpose as Commercial As One Specialist is to support the commercial leadership team of Boston Scientific in the Netherlands. The Program Specialist ‘As One’ initiates and supports, as program specialist and subject matter expert, commercial cross-divisional (‘As One’) programs and projects in support of Boston Scientific ambition to grow twice the market by becoming the most customer centric health care partner to improve patient lives. 
 
Your responsibilities include:

  • The Program specialist ‘As One NL’ creates a year plan, using input from both the commercial management and employees in which all commercial cross-divisional programs and projects are listed and prioritized in line with our three main goals: Growth, Collaboration, As One Culture. 
  • He/she/they prepares project plans by working with appropriate staff to understand requirements, get funding (where applicable) and resources necessary, to successfully complete the project(s). 
  • He/she/they directs program and/or project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans.
  • He/she/they communicates project status by preparing standard status reports, and by participating in the country leadership meetings to monitor and discuss progress, discuss content, adjust where needed and get sign-off for next steps. 
  • He/she/they resolves program/project issues by working with project team members, project customers, and others as appropriate.
  • He/she/they supports the commercial progress around identified accounts in the Netherlands.
  • He/she/they supports the ongoing efforts in increasing our performance and efficiency in the digital sales tools to ensure processes run in an efficient manner. 
  • He/she/they supports the commercial management team in preparing communication around project progress to e.g. country reviews, townhalls or sales meetings. 

 
What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s in economics, sales, marketing or related fields and/or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of working experience in Program management as well as 3+ years in a Sales environment
  • Continuous Improvement mindset is a must - a LEAN Green Belt certificate is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Adaptable to changing situations and priorities
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and CRM and analytic tools 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal and written
  • Technical skills in SAP, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud are an asset.
  • Strong time-management skills
