Communication & Interior Design Manager

We are looking for a Communication Interior Design Manager for the Duiven store.

A day in your life with us

The overall goal of the role is to lead, further develop and inspire the Communications & Interiors team and other functions in the store in increasing the interest in home furnishings of the many people and creating demand for home furnishing solutions and know-how in the local market. You will have overall responsibility for store layout, assortment representation and store communications, contributing to positioning IKEA in Duiven PMA as a leader in home living.
You will:
- Lead and inspire the store's Com&In team to use knowledge of IKEA home furnishings and people's home lives to grow the business.
- Ensure vitality and seasonality in the store by working with the store commercial team to create and implement a store commercial calendar.
- Be an active and supportive member of the Store Commercial team to enable growth, cost efficiency and successful outcomes.
- Lead the store Com&In team to ensure relevant and inspiring assortment presentation solutions, optimal store layout and effective and efficient store communications that build the IKEA brand.
- With knowledge of people's home lives and consumer buying behavior, contribute to the creation and execution of the store business plan.
- Lead and challenge the Com&In team to continuously take actions that exploit commercial opportunities, both short and long term.
In this role you will report to the Market Manager.

A gross monthly salary between € 4,356 and € 6,599, depending on your knowledge and experience. The latter amount is the maximum of the scale to which you can grow in this role.  
A 13th month and 8% holiday pay. These are paid out in December and May by default, but you can also choose to receive them monthly.
A collective bonus scheme.
Travel costs for public transport are 100% reimbursed. Do you live within a radius of 5 to 20 km from the IKEA branch? Then you can also opt for a lease bicycle. Are you traveling by car? Then you will receive a compensation for travel costs up to a maximum of 243 euros per month.
