The QC Lab of Eurofins Bactimm in Nijmegen is part of the international operating Eurofins Scientific and offers a diverse package of microbiological analyses regarding raw materials and finished products for various national and international clients within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. The package of microbiological includes performing of bioburden tests, sterility tests, growth promotion tests and indication of microorganisms.

Job Description

Eurofins offers a wide range of testing capabilities across its laboratory network in Europe. This includes, amongst others, microbiology, biocompatibility, toxicology, and chemical characterization. Testing outsourced within the Eurofins network is coordinated by the Coordinator Interco Operations.

As Coordinator Interco Operations you will review the project scope presented by the customer and be their first point of contact. Making use of the Eurofins network you will outsource the project to the appropriate laboratory, keep track of progress of analytical projects carried out and pro-actively take action to ensure the analytical projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed timelines and the agreed scope.

As the Coordinator Interco Operations, you are:

• The person of contact for customer and performing laboratory;
• Proactively keeping track of status and progress with performing laboratory;
• Registering samples and sending samples to performing laboratory;
• Answering questions of customer and performing laboratory;
• Organizing business review meetings with performing laboratory;
• Working in close collaboration with sales representatives and will be frequently involved in client meetings on-site or via video calls;
• Networking by visiting events in consultation with Business Development.

You will be working with our LIMS system. You will be challenged to keep improving the functionalities within LIMS to structure and organize the Interco Operations work.

Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior or experienced candidate with strong coordination and project management skills. We are also selecting on:

• HBO, Bachelor or Master of Science in healthcare or biological field (e.g., Biology, Biotech, Biomedical Engineering, Toxicology, etc.);
• A reasonable understanding and/or interest in LIMS software or similar programs;
• Goal oriented;
• Initiative-taker;
• Being able to work in detail;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• Fluent in both English and Dutch;
• Parttime or fulltime available (24 - 40 hours a week);
• Partial working from home is possible.
