Employment agency Manpower is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.
As a customer service representative at Boston Scientific, you will be responsible for meeting customers' needs regarding order fulfillment and delivery. Your main responsibilities include ensuring compliance with procedures and local regulations, as well as communicating with internal departments and customers to keep them informed of the process status. You will analyze specific customer requests, communicate with various departments within the company, and implement solutions in line with EDC and IC management.
Additionally, you will support regional sales representatives, process product complaints, and ensure accurate processing of Letter of Credit Orders. Your work also involves maintaining quality system requirements, focusing on patient safety and product quality, and creating a work environment that supports these goals. Your role requires functional knowledge, business expertise, leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively within teams and departments.
