Customer Service Specialist Italian

Who you are

As a Customer Service Specialist you have a lot of knowledge about logistics processes. Furthermore you have:

• Higher Professional Education (HBO), preferably in logistics or business administration.
• Around 5 years’ experience in logistic and commercial positions.
• Great English and Italian language skills, any additional language is a big plus.
• SAP experience
• For this position, you must be resident in the Netherlands. If you do not live in the Netherlands, your application will NOT be considered.

What will you do

You'll be responsible for efficient, reliable and cost effective Customer Service in regards to cash generation, complaints, delivery, forecasting, order handling & swaps. You pro-actively secure uninterrupted supply and demand processes for the assigned clusters of customers & products.

• Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement and improvement potential, to increase effectiveness as well as efficiency.
• Proactively provide support in service and logistics to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. You 'Own' the customer.
• Register complaints and manage the complaint handling process.
• Challenge presented operational sales tactics & plans from the Sales Manager and discusses the proposals with the Supervisor CS.
• Ensure proposed business contracts/deals are compliant with relevant fiscal, legal and/or logistical requirements.
• Responsible for sales office forecast and as such contributing to delivery capability, product availability and delivery reliability.
• Manage correct, complete and accurate master data to enable proactive issue management.

Where will you work

You'll work at an internationally oriented company within a culturally divers and motivated team. You'll report to the Supervisor Customer Service and Sales Manager.
