We are looking for a native UK person for this role. Are you that someone who lived and worked in the UK for a large part of your life? Are you experienced in business to business Sales Support and do you have technical affinity? Then our
role of Customer Support representative is custom-made for you! The position of Customer Support is a sales and technical support position within a technical environment. Handling sales and general technical issues for customers in a specific region.

Who you are

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Representative who lived and worked in the UK for at least a large part of his/her life. The ideal candidate has an affinity with technical products. Also, technically skilled and preferably has at least 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department.

What will you do

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and technical support for all the products.

• Excellent customer service: You guarantee a high level of customer service, responding quickly and efficiently to the needs of our customers.
• Technical knowledge: You have technical knowledge and are able to provide support for all Extron products.
• Quotation management: You handle quotation requests and follow them up closely, ensuring that customers are informed in a timely and complete manner.
• Handling customer requests: You handle various customer requests, communicating effectively and solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Relationship management: You develop and maintain close relationships with our dealer network, ensuring positive and sustainable cooperation.

Where will you work

Extron product solutions connect, convert, and distribute audiovisual signals, as well as provide complete control for audiovisual systems. Our products play a vital role in creating effective information presentation systems for diverse environments ranging from classrooms, huddle spaces, and university lecture halls to simulation facilities, large-scale entertainment venues, and command-and-control centers.
