• In the position of Data Lead Operations you are responsible for the data portfolio of Operations and related data teams - consisting of data engineers, analysts and scientists working directly with business teams.

• The Data & Analytics team oversees the strategic use of AI, data and applied data science across the Royal Schiphol Group to identify growth opportunities and areas for innovation with new data products and services.

• 
  
• You will realize data, BI and AI value propositions with the various internal partners.
  
• Together with your PO's and counterparts in other departments you involve the Schiphol business owners proactively and you ensure commitment from them to deliver data-drive solutions. You are a trusted advisor to them if it comes to data and drive the overall data transformation at operations.
  
• You will work closely with the various central data teams to develop products and services that are needed for operational products.
  
• You will drive improvement of data governance initiatives within the operation to increase data quality.
  
• You are willing to really understand Operations and how they work. With this you advise and decide which products and services will be developed based on business value and make sure you are able to measure the success.
  
• You will look for synergies and overlap in the solutions to be developed so we can make optimal use of the available capacity.
  

You've got this

In this role you create change and encourage others to embrace change. Also, you approache things in a positive way. Other than that you have:

• 5-7 years of experience with creating data driven-solutions, preferably with cloud-based technologies.
• Deep affinity with data and experience with Data Quality Management and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Excitement about logistical processes and thrive in an operational environment.
• Excellent skills in both Dutch and English.

• €5.552,04 to  €7.803,12 gross per month (scale 14).
  
• An 8.33 % fixed allowance at the end of the year.

Our enthusiastic team works on data-driven improvements in our processes, traveller flows and information provision.
