What will you do as a Lead Corporate Affairs and Sustainability?
The D&T Lead Corporate Affairs and Sustainability is responsible for creating and supporting the technology strategy and roadmap based on the functional vision and needs of the Corporate Affairs and specifically Sustainability domains. The role also oversees the selection, implementation, adoption, maintenance, and innovation of the technology platforms and solutions used by these functions, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and aligned with the overall architectural vision and technical roadmap.
Picture this: one day, you're discussing the Heineken Sustainability agenda and how D&T could support it with the right technology and digital tools, and the next, you're in a discussion with one of the OpCos in Spain to implement the selected solution.
In this role, you'll collaborate with vendors and manage contracts, you oversee the financial aspects of technology projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget. You will drive the adoption of new technologies within the Global Corporate Affairs and particularly Sustainability team, providing training and support to enhance user proficiency. And you are not afraid to be a self-organized expert, who can work under minimal to no supervision to deliver results along with her/his business counterparts and stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an ambitious professional who has a proven track record in complex international environment, working on D&T solution selection, implementation and ensuring operational excellence . A real D&T enthusiast that is ready to provide deep insights. And further you will have:
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields;
· At least 5 years’ experience in a technology role with a similar scope of responsibilities.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing); ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people and identify and understand multiple stakeholders' perspectives and adjust communication style accordingly.
· Strong project management skills;
· Experience to manage the selection, implementation, adoption, maintenance, and innovation of technology platforms and solutions;
· Experience ensuring the security, reliability, and quality of the technology portfolio and manage the technical debt;
· Ability to understand business requirements and translate these into technology solutions;
· Plus, but not required - overall knowledge of the technology platforms and solutions used by the HR, Legal, CA functions, such as but not limited to SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, DocuSign, Sustainability Tech, etc.
