Location of the role
Preferred location is our EU HQ in Amsterdam, this office will move to Haarlem later this year.
This role will also be available at one of our other European Teva offices.
The opportunity
The Global Director OpEx Development & Autonomous Maintenance is responsible to develop and successfully pilot Autonomous Maintenance, ensure Autonomous Maintenance global roadmap in place and aligned with PM / Maintenance excellence. He is also responsible to deliver training on Autonomous maintenance as well as overall OpEx Training.
How you’ll spend your day
Define Autonomous Maintenance Pilot, Plan and roadmap
Ensure implementation of AM/PM (TPM) Journey
Develop training material, methods, playbooks and roll-out approaches
Demonstrate improvement of OEE through leveraging Autonomous maintenance
Support delivery of TPM training
Support overall OpEx training delivery
Install and run pillar / community of practice at global level
Hands on support to site and segment on Autonomous Maintenance
Your experience and qualifications
Relevant university degree plus at least 10 years of relevant experience
Ability to connect business results and OPEX
Track of records in delivering results through OpEx and capability building
Hands on experience in implementing Autonomous maintenance in FMCG companies
Consulting hands-on experience in rolling-out OEE accelerators and pillar implementation
Ability to influence organization
Ability to deliver training in overall OpEx program
Ability to communicate in a simple manner to the organization about TPM / Autonomous Maintenance
