The Role:
In this role, you will collaborate with clients to guide product usage and impact, develop roadmaps based on client needs, create user stories, tasks, and bug reports, facilitate Scrum meetings, test and communicate outcomes, manage backlog, coordinate with the development team, identify and communicate risks, and provide second-line support to the customer experience team.
In this role, your main responsibility will be to join its expanding IT team, where they are currently developing a new app, tailored for financial institutions that must strictly adhere to European Wwft regulations to combat money laundering and terrorism financing.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience in software and SaaS applications with a strong affinity for IT. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Analytical thinking for translating complex matters into simple tasks/user-stories, solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for seamless collaboration with business counterparts.
