The Team
The Ecommerce Team is responsible for managing the European own and operated tommy.com sites across all European markets, shipping currently to 25 countries. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. At Tommy Hilfiger we are transforming the fashion industry by breaking conventions every single day. We are always exploring ways to bring the industry forward and constantly accelerating the pace in which we do business.

The Position
As Ecommerce Planning Coordinator you will be joining the Tommy Hilfiger Ecommerce Planning team and will report into and be guided by the Planning Manager. The Planning team is working closely with the Buying team in order to maximize sales performance and reduce risk. Together we take ownership in certain divisions, creating the best consumer experience in the online product offer.
Key Responsibilities:
CROSS DIVISIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Prepare weekly reporting and trade meeting deck across divisions
Manage the weekly seasonal replenishment across divisions
Support on markdown administration
SPECIFIC DIVISIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Provide divisional performance analyses
Collaborate with Stock Planning team on NOS replenishment
Prepare and assist in Seasonal Hindsights, Range Plans, Buys and Sign-off meetings
AD HOC:
- Assist the Planning Manager with ad-hoc analyses
The ideal candidate:
Ideally 1-2 years of planning experience but we are also open to ambitious entry level with strong Excel; analytical and reporting skills gained through work experience or relevant education
Strong numerical skills
Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to multi-task
Excellent Excel skills
Quick to learn new systems and tools
Self-motivated and commercially aware with an ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment
Fluency in English is required
