Join our Decoking - Manufacturing and Maintenance team.
Quest Integrity Decoking Manufacturing and Maintenance team supports globally maintaining and supporting our Decoking Unit fleet. With a small team we provide support with building new units, maintain existing units and improve these units worldwide. The full service of developing, manufacturing and commissioning of the units is happening in-house in our Vianen facility. There are plenty of possibilities to further develop yourself through trainings.
Partner with the best
As Electronic Hardware Engineer you will work in a self-supported and dynamic role within our department. The panels will be assembled in-house, then be mounted and connected in both control room and on engine skids. This is controlled by a self-developed HMI with associated PLC programs and installations. Reading existing programs and adjusting the PLC communication will be done in collaboration with the Electrical Software Engineer. The units will be tested and commissioned at our own location.
As Electronic Hardware Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Improving our systems during new construction
- Installing the cabling of the entire machine, including control cables, work lighting, emergency stops, fire protection other cables required for communication between the control room and the engine room
- Participating in various phases of new construction, maintenance and/or troubleshooting within the electrical installations of our machines
- Testing and commissioning our units in our workshop
- Within this there is room to learn this yourself and take associated courses.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic/Electronic or some years of relevant working experience in a production environment
- Have professional proficiency in Dutch and English
- Have familiarity with hardware debugging
- Have good interpersonal, leadership, excellent oral and written communication skills.
