We’re looking for a Visual Merchandising and Styling Professional to support the Men’s category, who will be based in our European Headquarters.
The VM&S team is the team who represent the consumer experiences our role is to know what motivates and inspires them. In Visual Merchandising & Styling, we strive to create authentic, connected, and distinctive premium experience for our consumers!
You will support VM&S experiences that will elevate the emotion and ground-breaking power of innovative products for Men’s category. The main task will be supporting delivering the VM&S direction and Seasonal approach for Men’s Nike marketplace across EMEA.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Is this you? Here’s what a typical day/week looks like.
You will work daily on VM&S 365 guidelines and seasonal direction following the strategies for the Men’s category. You will build together with your VM&S Manager and brand VM&S Teams inspirational guidelines/playbooks for VM&S city teams and stores across the EMEA. This will go hand in hand with daily operational tasks such as:
Support VM&S seasonal briefs with a focus on football, Running and Lifestyle Men’s
Daily cross-functional alignment with different business owners (merchandising, allocation, Store marketing teams in the leagues and EHQ and broader VM&S teams)
Working close with Visual Merchandise and Styling team in EMEA.
Drive a clear consumer journey of visual presentation that led the Brand and consumer through right moments in retail Space across the fleet.
Support to build tools/ playbooks to train our teams.
Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends briefed to wider teams.
Understanding of the KPI’s and business needs
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Reporting to Manager, CD Marketing Stores VM&S EMEA, you will interact with key business partners to ensure that the Visual Merchandising strategies support the overall business strategy and direction. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally within the Stores Marketing team that includes VM&S partners in Global, Leagues, City. You will also partner with cross functional teams in Merchandising, Allocation, and Digital teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser for 3+ years.
Demonstrate visual Merchandising skills with retail merchandising portfolio, building processes, strategies, and market knowledge.
Proven experience in field Visual Merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilisation.
Knowledge of current Visual Merchandising trends and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office
Creative and innovative mentality
