As Services Engagement Architect
It’s an exciting time here at Siemens Digital Industries. To support our growth Industry 4.0 portfolio in both discrete and process industries, the Professional Services department in The Netherlands is looking for an Engagement Architect to extend our solution services selling area. As part of our team, you are the bridge between the Customer and the Siemens Sales & Services team. You will be responsible for helping steer and facilitate services opportunities.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Drive customer engagements with clear positioning and messaging of our services propositions.
Required skills: Business Acumen, strong communication skill, good presentation skills, convincing, knowledge driven behavior, analytical mindset, flexible, internationally oriented
In conjunction with the sales and presales team, identify and manage the engagement with all relevant external and internal stakeholders
With the support of relevant subject matter experts and Project Management, create and present solution proposals, rough order of magnitude, contract, margin calculation and risk assessment for use in commercial negotiations and project initiation.
Manage key topics related to project governance, solution design, system architecture, integration, and user organizational change to successfully define project implementations.
Act as bid leader to successfully manage the sales cycle towards contract close.
All about you!
You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher (Industrial Engineering or International Business Administration) with great command of English and Dutch is a great plus. Also, you have experience Sales & Services in the technology consultancy field. The following hold no secrets for you:
Experience or strong affinity in consulting activities in complex IT transformations in the domains of PLM / ERP / MES / MOM / SAAS
Required skills: Strong communication skill, good presentation skills, convincing, knowledge driven behavior, analytical mindset, flexible, internationally oriented
Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline.
Mobile within Benelux region.
