To help accelerate our momentum and extend market leadership, we are
looking to expand our Demo Engineering and Evangelist team.
The team has a global remit to build, train and deliver content to help educate the market and internally on low code benefits.
All team members must be product specialists skilled in using Mendix to provide the art of the possible apps, presentations, and demonstrations of the core Mendix Technology.
The role of the Evangelist involves working with the Pre-Sales unit to build a
series of Mendix Demos.
These demos are an essential part of our strategy. They are designed to give our salespeople a head-start when building apps for a vertical market or horizontally for the platform.
As an Evangelist, it would be your job to design, develop and maintain these demos. The apps will be extensively used by the Mendix community and during sales cycles. So, if you enjoy getting your hands on the latest technology and building compelling content that sets the standard for the whole company, this is your role!
Role Responsibilities:
Building new apps that leverage the latest technologies.
Interviewing with and understanding our key personas needs to identify apps and templates we can add to the core platform.
Building templates and supporting content in conjunction with our community and academy teams.
Helping support the generation of video content to support templates and onboarding.
Supporting directly our sales units with involvement in Proof of Concepts.
Creating fantastic demonstrations for our Sales Engineers, Account Executives and partners, such as AWS and SAP.
Pushing boundaries of Mendix and spreading the word on the benefits of Low Code Rapid Application Development.
Role Requirements
Experience developing enterprise applications with Mendix .
A deep, technical understanding of technology concepts such as Cloud, Integration, SaaS and the Iterative App Development Lifecycle, using SCRUM and other Agile Methodologies.
Ideally hold a minimum of an Intermediate level Mendix Certification.
Be a self-starter who is prepared to deliver content.
