As Executive Head Chefyou have a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. Now you can have a core role in the re-launch team, together we will bring the Park Plaza vision to life.
We are looking for anExecutive Head Chef:
- Who maintains high quality standards of all products and dishes
- Who can inspire, coach and mentor the kitchen brigade. You will lead by example while doing service and mise and place with the kitchen team.
- Who builds excellent relationships with the kitchen brigade and service teams to keep everything running smoothly
- Who will create an overall vision and (long term) plan for the restaurant; you design innovative restaurant menus’ to keep our guests’ returning.
- Who keeps the balance between the best service and a commercial mind set; you will take ownership in kitchen budgets and finances (payroll, food costs, stock levels)
- Who ensures food safety and hygiene objectives (HACCP) at all times.
- Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
- With previous experience as an Head Chef in a hotel or restaurant
