External Resources Business Partner (Erbp)

As External Resources Business Partner (ERBP) Benelux, you are, in close cooperation with your staffing partners and internal stakeholders, responsible for the sourcing strategy, contracting and compliance within your supply chain for External Resources for Capgemini and its clients.

Your main focus will be to establish a supply base that meets the project- and workforce planning. Additionaly, you build strong tactical and strategical relationships with your suppliers in alignment with the business workforce strategy. Creating a cost-efficient sourcing strategy by optimizing the supply chain, and negotiating with staffing partners and internal stakeholders is key . By continually measuring supplier performance you manage the preferred supplier base(PSL) accordingly. Furthermore, one of your primary goals is to enforce policies and guide your internal and external stakeholders to reduce out-of- policy (maverick) sourcing.

You will be part of the local Dutch ERBP-team, which in turn is part of the global Procurement Organization within Capgemini and will report to the Benelux Category Manager for External Resources & Corporate Professional Services. In addition, you work closely with the Subco Staffing Center (MSP) in Madrid. 

Our home base is located in Leidsche Rijn, Utrecht, and you will be eligible to visit our offices in Belgium and Luxembourg from time to time.

• You are available full-time, or 32 hours a week at minimum.  
• You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained on an MSP program. 
• You have good knowledge of IT profiles. 
• You possess excellent commercial- and negotiation skills.  
• You are known to have a convincing personality, strong backbone and delivering results 
• You easily connect with people and love building relationships with your internal- and external partners. 
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English (C1-level c.q. Professional proficiency) 

Additionally, we would consider it a big plus if you are well familiar with SAP Fieldglass, our current VMS-system.
