Join our Facility, Maintenance & EHS team as a Facility Planner, a vital role driving efficiency, seamless communication, and compliance. Be a key player in administrative coordination, maintenance follow-ups, and order management, contributing to our department's success.
Your responsibilities include:
- Be the go-to person for vendor inquiries, building strong relationships.
- Efficiently dispatch and monitor work orders.
- Schedule and oversee required preventive maintenance.
- Create and manage purchase orders in Ariba/SAP.
- Advise on contractual matters and adhere to standards.
- Ensure Quality records compliance using PDM software.
- Assist in organizing internal events; providing planning, ordering and complete implementation of events.
- Drive initiatives to streamline and reduce facility costs.
- Support and collaborate with the Facilities team.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities or – Office Management or similar experience.
- Proven experience in facility planning and maintenance coordination.
- Eye for detail and a structured way of working.
- Proficient in FMIS, Ariba/SAP, and PDM software is a plus.
- Fluent with Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills in English and Dutch.
