The AI/DA CSA Group Finance Manager is the finance partner of the respective Area business leaders, Sales Excellence and Operations. well as an active member of a global community of corporate and area AI/DA Finance experts. The successful candidate will develop deep subject matter expertise on Apps & Infra, Data & AI products drive strong performance and sustainable growth for the business.
Responsibilities
Business Partnership
Drive the Area business conversation through insightful and actionable analytics around Segments, Growth drivers and Breadth business to empower the business partners to drive the right business outcomes for sustainable growth.
Build a deep external perspective of the market and the competitive landscape to provide thought leadership to the business partners and navigate them through new business opportunities / growth road map for the area.
Finance Partnership
Work closely with the rest of the Area finance team members and build a joint sense of ownership and accountability behind investments and business actions to drive equitable growth across all customer segments.
Understand local business blockers and leverage the WW community to exchange learnings and best practices to drive resolution.
Partner with the Corporate Engineering Finance teams to get a holistic view of the business strategy, trends and the product roadmap.
Finance Excellence
• Lead the Area outlook, forecast and budget processes for AI/DA related products, with focus on accuracy and business accountability.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in finance positions
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Finance Business development or Solutions delivery experience preferred
Industry experience preferred, but not limited to technology
Fluent in English
