Fitness Instructor

Part-time: 24 hours

As a Fitness Instructor, you are responsible for training (new) members in the fitness area. Besides this, you will guide (new) members in achieving their goals, for example, setting up a fitness schedule. You will also stimulate the members to keep coming to the gym and participate in the studio lessons. You will also give these studio lessons yourself. As Fitness Instructor, it is your responsibility to make sure the gym is clean and tidy.

Your future

• Providing instructions to (new) members;
• Correcting, motivating and stimulating our members during their training sessions;
• Supervising the safety in the fitness area;
• Cleaning up the gym and studio area;
• Contributing to a pleasant atmosphere at the club for our members;
• Giving small group training;
• Supporting your colleagues;
• When asked by the Club manager: performing all-round tasks.

You

We are looking for flexible instructors who can strengthen our team. During your work, you are a fitness motivator, point of contact within the club, and you ensure a pleasant experience for the members. In addition, you:

• Can enthusiastically communicate and sell TrainMore products and services to our members;
• Are always available for any questions from our members and know-how to exceed their expectations;
• Have a good understanding of people and strong communication skills;
• Have a tolerant attitude towards others;
• Are friendly, helpful and social towards the members and your colleagues;
• Can motivate yourself, you are a go-getter, you see what needs to be done;
• Are prepared to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends;
• Have two years of experience in similar work environments;
