Job Description:
- Coordinate local IT support, event management, and hardware/software assistance.
- Collaborate with diverse IT departments for smooth service delivery.
- Manage Windows systems, IT process frameworks, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Demonstrate quick learning ability and a strong passion for information technologies.
