Your job at a student housing complex in Amsterdam
With four locations in Amsterdam, one in Leiden, and two in Spain, this company ensures that students can feel at home in various places. In Amsterdam West alone, there is space for up to 600 students and they rent out studios to students from around the world. Quite a procedure takes place before you are able to move in, and that is exactly why they are looking for you!
As a rental assistant, you are responsible for the entire rental process. This includes communication with new tenants via phone or email. You manage various files and ensure the information within these files is always up to date. If there happen to be students who do not pay their rent, it is your job to take not of this and point it out to them. Furthermore, you ensure that all information is communicated cleary to tenants and payment deadlines are met. Since many international students live here, it is important that you are proficient in both English and Spanish.
Your profile
You think in solutions and remain friendly in all situations. Due to your experience with customer contact, you know how to make anyone feel at ease. If necessary, you set boundaries and act direct. You work accurately and precisely, you are not afraid to pick up the phone and you are communicatively strong.
Working days and hours
You work from Monday to Friday between 08:30 - 17:00 and would work work at their new office in the Houthavens of Amsterdam.

What we ask:
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- You are flexible in working hours and availability;
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- You have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
