All about the role
We're on the lookout for an innovative and forward-thinking leader to take on the role of Global Head of Data and Analytics Strategy Office. This critical position will be instrumental in shaping and advancing Just Eat Takeaway's ambitious strategy, fostering learning, and driving enablement within both the Data and Analytics function and the broader JET organisation. The primary goal is to ensure seamless alignment with our company's overarching strategic objectives.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team in the global Data, Analytics & AI organisation, you'll be tasked with various responsibilities, including the development and communication of Data & Analytics Strategy, meticulous planning, proficient project management, fostering data maturity, and adept stakeholder management. Your role involves leading a dedicated team, empowered by the larger central data organisation, to create significant impact.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Spearhead the development and flawless implementation of the DNA Vision & Strategy within JET.
• Demonstrate robust project management skills.
• Act as a proactive change agent, embodying a passion for change management.
• Cultivate a network of senior stakeholders.
• Empower others as a true team player.

• Here are the skills and experience we need from you:
• Proven expertise in strategy development and presenting analyses to Executive Leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful management of teams in a direct line.
• Delivery of complex projects at scale in a multi-disciplinary context.
• Former experience in Data strategy development is advantageous.
• Natural collaborator with excellent communication skills, adept at fostering relationships.
• Proactive, value-driven, data-driven, and logical mindset.
• Fluent in English language skills (written & spoken).
• Preferably, prior experience at an e-commerce, fintech company, or consultancy firm
