AdresAs Group Leader Front-End Innovation Project Management, you will lead a team of 10 (Senior) Innovation Project Managers located in the Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You will report to the Head of Innovation Project Management, and you are part of the Innovation Project Management MT.
Your role:
Participate in projects and programs, working as a Senior Project Manager, alongside the team.
Provide strong Project Management capabilities to businesses, utilizing Philips processes with focused (but not limited to) expertise in Exploration, VPC and AD.
Determine, in consultation with the Management Team, the department’s objectives, policies, processes and budgets.
Build and maintain a healthy work pipeline for your team to be allocated to Businesses and Functions and continuous upgrading and rightsizing to optimize capacity and demand matching.
Manage the daily operations, including the management of utilization, leads, monitoring of projects, competences and people development, capability development, team meetings, departmental cost, etc.
Based on your industry know-how together with the competence leaders in the department, you will ensure your team is best-in-class and drive realization of excellent customer satisfaction.
Ensure an engaged, innovative, and inspiring working environment in the department by motivating, challenging, and coaching the department 's employees towards growth, stimulating entrepreneurship and driving engagement.

10+ years of Project Management experience, and a proven track record in managing complex projects and major programs.
Certified and experience in applying Agile/Waterfall, Six Sigma and PMI trained.
Strong empathic leadership/ people management skills with the ability to connect, motivate and develop senior employees.
Proven commercial and acquisition skills including drive and proactiveness in developing new business.
Strong ability to manage daily operations as well as work strategically and coping with and driving change.For internal candidates:
Experienced in Front-end innovation Philips processes and good understanding of the Philips organization: Businesses, Functions and Regions and its strategies and operating models.
You are well-connected with or easily able to connect with senior innovation and business leaders in Philips.
