What does a working day as a receptionist look like?
You work closely with the team to ensure that the hotel guests get the best experience. Among other things, this includes:
- You welcome, check in and check out our guests
- You take reservations and process them in the system
- As a point of contact, you help guests with questions, both in person and by telephone
- You process payments and the necessary administration of the reception
- You work neatly according to the company standards
Requirements:
