About this role:

The HR People Services Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring effective coordination of work and the provision of a comprehensive support service in order that service level agreements are met or exceeded. The Contact Centre Lead will be responsible for providing advice and leadership whilst maintaining the quality standards of the team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Associates within People Services to deliver exceptional service to our colleagues throughout the business, providing first-line guidance and support. Committed to quality you will be analysing performance and engaging with colleagues to seek feedback to improve processes, recommending and implementing changes, and not afraid to try new things.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 

• Coordinate, manage and support the team’s daily workloads, to ensure transactions are shared in the most efficient manner across the team, achieving or exceeding service level agreements
• Ensure the provision of outstanding customer service while adhering to regulatory and company guidelines and requirements, ensuring efficiency and economy
• Understanding of Employee Ralations, Reward and Payroll
• Lead the development of contact centre procedures, protocols, and standards to ensure consistent service delivery
• Produce and analyse contact centre centre metrics to review workload, productivity and generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process improvement
• Establish work-checking mechanisms to maintain the integrity and quality of HR data ensuring accurate entry of data into HR systems at all times. Adhere to audit and compliance activity as required and lead on quality checks, reporting on the results
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to the contact centre team members
• Work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders, HR teams, and business leaders provide timely and accurate information whilst also exploring process improvements to reduce case volumes and improve/increase direct access usage.

What will you bring to the table?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of experience in HR administration
• One years people management experience or equivalent level of knowledge gained working in a busy HR environment
• A proactive and inclusive approach to delivering under pressure and be willing and able to assist others where needed
• Strong organisation skills, with a sharp focus on detail
• Ability to multi-task, deal with competing priorities and self-manage workloads
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Experience of HR systems and case management processes
• Good understanding of HR regulations and compliance
