The Team

Fitting within the wider People Operations function, the Data, Process & Solutions team are a group of dependable, innovative thinkers, who are empowered to support the delivery, enhancement, & maintenance of the People Operations systems to help drive the People and business strategies forward. We also aim to establish and create a data driven infrastructure to provide insights to support informed people decision making. PVH Europe currently uses HR Applications including Workday, ServiceNow, and PeopleDoc. In addition to managing and implementing these and other systems, we are also responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical interfaces to others systems, such as StoreForce and multiple payroll solutions. We act as key stakeholder managers between the corporate systems team in the US, European HQ in Amsterdam, and the market organizations across Europe.

The Position

As a member of the Data, Process & Solutions team, the People Solutions and Process Specialist will provide second level support throughout EMEA for our main People Systems. This includes supporting strategic efforts with a focus on automation and related emerging technologies and techniques to increase efficiency, processes handling service requests, testing the applications, creation of manuals on how to use the software and some changes in the systems. At the same time, you'll join a highly collaborative team, where you will be mentored to grow your skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing Level II support within established SLA’s, troubleshooting systems issues, and performing ongoing development for HR Systems and integrations

  • Researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; reviewing and correcting system audits; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to coordinate upgrades or fixes

  • Creation of technical processes and end-user documentation and training materials, and provision of training to end users on the relevant HR systems

  • Creating and maintaining EIB and business processes

  • Ad-Hoc & Audit Reporting

  • Assist stakeholders in determining business issues & recommending solutions to drive business value

  • Utilize knowledge of HR Systems and Processes and how these are aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze issues, formulate hypotheses and testing conclusions to determine appropriate solutions

  • Collaborate with and advise improvements to project sponsors, managers, and leaders to prioritize, shape and deliver continuous process improvement projects

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years related work experience

  • Experience with Workday is essential

  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Strong proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, etc.)

  • Experience working with HR/organizational people data

  • Experience and/or ability to work with diverse teams

  • Ability to build strong relationships

  • Fluency in English
