Title: Automation Test Lead
Location- Hybrid role in Chicago IL
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
- 8-10 years of development and/or test automation experience. Experience in network programming and/or developing/designing large software systems.
- Experience with leading standard quality assurance processes using agile methodologies within IT projects
- Should have exposure to automation scripting and execution, maintaining automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience in UI Automation using Selenium-Java and TestNG
- Good communication skills, client handling capabilities and flexibility to support
- BDD implementation experience using cucumber - good to have
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience on Test Management, Defect Management/Lifecycle, Test Planning and Estimation
- CI/CD continuous testing implementation using Bamboo tool
Primary Skills:
- Automation Engineer in Selenium
- Should have good hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience in Java, Cucumber, GIT, Maven, Selenium, and Gherkin
Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $105,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
