MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Participate actively and independently in discussions at local and national level with trade unions on labour, contractual or organisational issues
- Manage the application of disciplinary procedures and represent the company in and out of court in labour disputes
- Participate in the resolution of labour law issues
- Support the investigation of labour disputes
- Collaborate in the application of Industrial Relations policies according to the company's organisational and strategic needs
- Managing relations with trade union organisations and ensuring the renewal of supplementary company contracts
- Verifying compliance with legal regulations on the various aspects of subordinate and para-subordinate labour relations
- Collaborate with external suppliers for the resolution of any problems related to labour relations and Industrial Relations (labour consultants, law firms, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- Academic background in law (preferred) or economics
- Previous experience of at least 6 years in Industrial Relations
- Solid experience in autonomous management of trade union tables
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (at least 25% of the time), self-driven
- Good knowledge of the office package
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (intermediate)
