urrently, we’re improving our Business Lending processes as a part of business banking. The new processes will be supported by a new self-build technical solution. This year, we will start building the new solution while maintaining the current one. Therefore, we are expanding from one to two development teams. We would like to bring on board a new

Information Analyst

who will contribute to one of our development teams.

You will help us by taking the responsibility to convert needs, insights and concepts into concrete epics, user stories and refinements.

Next to this:

  • You will develop?solution designs based on these software functionality needs.
  • You will identify and document clear “epics” that the team(s) can typically realize in a few sprints.
  • You will initiate backlog refinements?and you will divide epics into user stories and further analyze?them to the level of detail the team needs.
  • You will maintain a network of stakeholders to regularly consult on software functionality needs.
  • This domain operates in an international context, and you will work closely together with colleagues from different branches to algin needs and way of working: NL, BE, DE, ES and UK.

  • Have a mix of courage and organizational sensitivity, so you can easily get others along with you in your advice and decisions.

Furthermore, it is desirable that you have:

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Information or Business Analyst in an Agile (software) environment.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of UML, BPMN modelling techniques and Scrum.

Your future colleagues

You will work for the Software Solutions department at Triodos Bank's head office in Driebergen-Rijsenburg. The department has twenty-four teams, divided over mainly functional domains. Priorities are broadly determined for each domain by a Domain Board.

We currently have one development team working in the Business Lending domain. From now on, we are building up a second team. You will support one of the development teams in this domain.

Next to working closely together with a development team, you will also be part of the Information Analysis Guild. Together with Information Analysts from other domains, you share knowledge and experiences, and as such you are contributing to the development of this role within Triodos.
