JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Coordinator is a key contributor to the sales process, collaborating with sales representatives, logistics/transport, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of machines, specific for European Key Accounts. The Inside Sales coordinator is responsible for coordinating all front office related processes, from sales to the configuration of the machine, entering the order and follow-up through delivery and invoicing. He/she oversees and coordinates the execution of all internal front office processes by the Insides sales team EMEAI.

LOCATIONS:
Preferably living in Southern part of Netherlands (Eindhoven / Maastricht area).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage inbound sales orders form order entry to final delivery, accountable for compliance with all pricing/terms
  • Generate accurate lead times for customers and sales representatives in line with availability, to meet customer expectations.
  • Configure machines to meet customers’ expectations and requirements, in partnership with sales representatives.
  • Act as a key point of contact with customers as it relates to all aspects of their order from order intake to invoicing; resolve issues and elevate if necessary.
  • Partner with sales team and other departments to ensure correct order follow-up from order receiving until delivering and invoicing.
  • Takes the lead, resolves and follows-up complex issues related to sales of machines with other functional departments for the EMEAI team: Partner with the Finance department to resolve funding / invoice issues, partner with Product management for system- alignment, translates customer demands to Operations, optimize shipments in line with customer expectations, review Forecast & SIOP.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor Diploma.
  • Three (3) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in Sales within a manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of French is a plus
