For one of our clients in Barendrecht, a provider of workplace safety solutions, we are currently searching for a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join their Sales team to be one of the driving forces of their sales success. In this position, you will support our client with expanding and growing their markets within the Benelux and Scandinavia area by building strong relationships with distributors as well as engaging with end-users. You will work closely with and support the Key Account Manager by acting as a point of contact for established customers, providing support as well as spotting potential business opportunities and doing up-selling and cross-selling.
In this role, you will:
- Provide support to our client’s distribution partners as well as end-users in the Benelux and Scandinavia markets
- Develop growth plans with assigned accounts and focus on potential business opportunities
- Reach out and engage with end-users
- Manage quoting and proposal generation
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting of sales initiatives
For this role, we are looking for someone who:
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management or related field
- Speaks Dutch and English fluently
- Ideally, has at least 1 year of experience of working with customer service and/or customer support
- Has a good eye for spotting and targeting business opportunities
- Enjoys working in collaboration with others as well as keeps internal and external customers top of mind
