Are you ready? Because this is an exciting and challenging position. Why? You will play a crucial role in fulfilling one of our client’s key customer promises: maximum customer satisfaction. In this role, you will have the opportunity to delight customers as you combine your sales and customer service skills for our dealers in Eastern Europe. Here's what your day will look like: In the initial months, you'll get to know the company and its products by collaborating with your colleagues in the export/dealer team, who serve as the point of contact for customers throughout Europe. These are (online) wholesalers with questions about everything related to the purchase and delivery of professional catering equipment. These range from advice to delivery, and from commercial queries to general support. All equipment is from our client’s own brand so you'll easily gain knowledge about it. Customer inquiries come through phone and email into our ticketing system. You handle these with maximum care and friendliness, potentially coordinating with other departments like our technical service team. We strive for a "First Time Right" approach to provide the customer with a solution or make a deal as quickly as possible.Outbound customer contact is equally important: you follow up on quotes, inform existing relationships about our client’s new products, and collaborate with colleagues from other departments when you have a query for your customer. So, there's plenty of variety!After the training period, you'll also proactively contact new dealers in Southern Europe via email, phone, and video to showcase the opportunities and possibilities of partnering with the company. Additionally, you'll inquire with existing dealers about what the company can do (better) for them as a brand and manufacturer. Your main tasks will include:

  • Activating, retaining, and growing the company’s dealer network
  • Following up on leads and quotes, informing dealers about new products and services
  • Conducting analysis on a country and customer level to recognize and capitalize on opportunities
  • Inviting dealers to visit the company and large showroom
  • Contributing to and overseeing process and product improvements
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth order processing and maximum customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Since our client will provide thorough training, they have few specific requirements. It's important to note that they are looking for someone excellent in Russian (next to English). The following five qualities are essential for the colleague they seek:

  • Proficient in Russian (any additional language is a plus)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Minimum vocational education (MBO) level
  • Experience in contacting customers, providing service and sales
  • You are available for 36-40 hours per week
  • Living within 45 minutes from the company and (if needed) already have a valid work permit
