Interim Manager IT Operations-Dutch speaker
Are you an experienced IT professional ready to step into a dynamic role and make an immediate impact? I am looking for an Interim Manager of IT Operations to join the team of my client and lead strategic initiatives in Rotterdam, with occasional travel to Nijmegen and Rosmalen.
Key Responsibilities:
Outsourcing Service Desk: Oversee the transition of our service desk to an outsourced model, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption to their business.
Creating Calm and Structure: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy, roadmap, and set of priorities to bring stability and structure to our IT operations.
Future-proofing the IT Team: Evaluate their current IT team (17-20 FTE) and envision its evolution for the future, identifying skill gaps, training needs, and potential restructuring to align with our long-term goals.
Assignment Details:
Duration: Up to 32 hours per week, for 4 months with the possibility of extension.
Location: Primarily based in Rotterdam -hybrid, with occasional travel to Nijmegen and Rosmalen as required.
Start Date: Immediate start.

Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on operations and strategic planning.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with outsourcing service desk operations is highly desirable.
Flexibility to travel occasionally to different locations as needed.
