Client Details
A multinational consumer goods corporation based in Rotterdam, operating in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Due to a temporary gap in the finance management team, they are seeking an Interim Assistant Finance Manager to uphold financial operations and strategic initiatives during this transitional phase.
Description
As an Interim Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Analyzing financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Supporting cross-functional teams in financial planning and strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain integrity.
- Acting as a liaison between finance and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration on financial matters.
Profile
- Immediate availability preferred, with the latest start date being April 1st.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- Years of experience in finance management, preferably in the FMCG industry, strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of international finance regulations (IFRS) and compliance standards
- Speaks English
