We are looking for an experienced Management Assistant in Amsterdam for a very well-known fashion brand!
In this role you will be assisting 3 (International) managers with their day to day tasks. The role primarily includes administrative support, calendar management, preparing presentations and being an ambassador for the department. In addition, there will be the opportunity to manage special projects within the department.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment and loves to be at the center keeping things moving.
Are you full time available asap for at least 3 months than please get in touch! Main responsibilities include:


  • Extensive calendar management at global SVP/VP level;

  • Travel and accommodation arrangements;

  • Organisation of internal and external meetings, F2F and videoconferencing;

  • Expense reports elaboration and follow up;

  • Reception and processing of invoices in direct contact with suppliers and internal finance;

  • Obtain approvals where needed;

  • Events/workshop planning;

  • Editing of presentations;

  • Co-ownership and updating of department organisation chart;

  • Ad hoc requests.

Requirements:

We are looking for the following qualities:

* Fluent in English, another European language is a plus;
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as Executive Assistant at VP/SVP level, and be a discreet professional;
* Experience in a fast paced company;
* Experience in Microsoft Office programs, Egencia, Concur, other similar;
* Attention to detail;
* Teamwork, flexible, proactive;
* Self motivated and hard working;
* We would need someone who is able to listen, learn and take instructions;
* A person who can start quickly and doesn't mind giving a lot of onsite presence.
