Our client, a prominent player in the construction industry based near Vlaardingen, Rotterdam, is seeking a skilled Interim Project Controller to join their team for a crucial assignment.

Due to a surge in project demands, our client requires an Interim Project Controller to help oversee multiple civil works projects simultaneously. This temporary role is essential for ensuring projects remain on track, within budget, and meet the company's rigorous standards.

Description

As an Interim Project Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple civil works projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Inputting data accurately into systems and calculating quantities of materials and resources required for each project.
• Proactively addressing delays to minimize disruptions and maintain project schedules.
• Impeccable attention to detail for accurate data entry and calculation of quantities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address any project delays swiftly and efficiently.

Profile

• Available to start 1st of April and commit to a 6-month assignment.
• Experience with Metacom.
• Experience with Building and Construction Companies.
• Speaks Dutch is a must.

Job Offer

• Role: Interim Project Controller
• Start date: 1st of April 2024
• Hours: Full-time (32 hours possible)
• In the office: More frequently is preferred (4/5 days)
• Length of assignment: 6 months (with possible extension)
• Language: Dutch is a must
