Job Description

About the Position (Fixed Term Contract - 12 months)
As an International CAPEX Senior Procurement Manager, you will be the link between the business unit CAPEX teams.
You’ll be working in a successful team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level reporting into the International CAPEX Procurement Lead.
In this role you will ensure suppliers are aware and align with Kraft Heinz policies, procedures and quality criteria and see that suppliers contribute on new initiatives together with Kraft Heinz.
Key responsibilities;
- Champion, and Implement Regional Sourcing & Global Category Strategies for CAPEX categories which allows for balanced and transformation value to Kraft Heinz;
- Leverage SRM to drive innovation & value creation across the International Zone;
- Responsible for the delivery of specific Cost Reduction and Cash Flow targets in alignment with overarching goals and objectives, with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and sizeable gains in Value Engineering/Reform;
- Embedded in the sourcing strategy and execution in conjunction with the business units for the Top 25 International CAPEX Projects.
- Define and implement ground-breaking agenda for your area of responsibility, with the strive to bring your categories to the next level.
- Working in cross-functional teams (Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Legal, Project teams, etc.) and lead the supplier selection and contracting for CAPEX key projects in International Zone as well as supporting the Zone projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal partners
- Supporting Business Units with escalation and resolution in project crisis
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- Bachelor/Master’s degree level, preferably Engineering, Procurement, Management, Supply Chain, or another related business area required;
- 7-10 years’ experience in Procurement. Indirect and CAPEX/MRO Procurement experiences are a plus;
- Experience with working across international timelines and communities;
- Ability to link ideas to transpire into opportunities
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence business decisions and change;
- Interpersonal agility – knows how to get things done both through formal and informal channels
- Priority setting – spends his/her time and the time of others on what’s most important. Eliminates roadblocks and builds focus;
- Strong change management and adaptability;
- Professional proficiency in English; other languages (Spanish, Indonesian, Mexican, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi) are an advantage;
- Strong understanding of Excel and in developing presentations;
