Opportunity Overview

In this highly visible role, you will apply your talents, experience and hands-on attitude to drive the execution of a successful pre-launch and launch brand strategy, support tactical plans and programs, and lead cross functional projects across the International region.  You will be part of a dynamic team and report to Director of International Marketing.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support the implementation of the brand strategy and tactical plans for the International region.

  • Be responsible for managing projects throughout the full project life, ensuring alignment and involvement of all cross functional stakeholders supporting the overall strategic goals.

  • Lead the execution materials and tools supporting promotional and cross functional programs, with a strong leverage of digital assets as part of an Omnichannel approach.

  • Support the development of patient centric projects and execution of related materials.

  • Support the approval for marketing strategies and tactics through the internal review processes and ensure all marketing activities are in compliance with Legal Medical Regulatory (LMR) requirements.

  • Effectively work with relevant external agencies in day-to-day activities.

  • Build & establish relationships with external stakeholders.

  • Provide hands on support to country teams (affiliates or partners) in all key marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor defined Key Performance Indicators, assess key issues and propose solutions to continuously drive improvement.

    Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science, pharmacy or medical science, Masters in Marketing and/or Business Administration a plus

  • Minimum 3 years national or international pharmaceutical marketing, of which at least 2 years of sales experience. Experience in rare disease preferred

  • Demonstrated commercial success through excellent execution in national and/or international roles

  • Launch experience with pharmaceutical brands is a plus

  • Able to manage multiple projects in parallel and maintain overview, while ensuring a high level of execution and on time delivery

  • Strong interest and/or experience in the development & implementation of omnichannel campaigns aimed at HCPs and/or patients, including CRM expertise, opt-in programs, and webinars

  • Out of the box thinker & strong interest in innovative approaches

  • Team player able to work collaboratively across multiple business functions and to liaise with the local teams to successfully roll out marketing initiatives

  • Leadership skills, ability to perform in a moving environment and to influence without authority

  • Makes things happen; take responsibility for execution; speaks up and voices opinion

  • Self-starter who functions well independently or within a team

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

    This role is based in our International office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Rhythm operates in a hybrid-work model. Candidates applying must be willing and able to be in the International office in coordination with their department and business needs. This role may involve some travel.
