Dit is jouw rol

As a member of the European business unit within PostNL's international e-commerce subsidiary, 'Spring GDS', you'll immerse yourself in our business as a logistical broker. Your primary focus will be on gathering insights to enhance our Track & Trace page according to customer preferences, thus refining the overall customer journey. This involves conducting thorough desk research, interviews, and tests to discern the most desirable design for our future tracking page. Your analytical prowess and process understanding will be instrumental in assessing the feasibility of various tracking enhancements, culminating in actionable proposals for our next steps. Ultimately, your contributions will drive improvements in the customer experience, positioning Spring GDS as a leader in tracking services.

Dit breng je mee

•    Availability to work at least 2 days a week (16-40 hours) starting April 1st - June 30st  
•    HBO or WO education with emphasis on User Experience Research and Design.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) 
•    Experience in data analysis 
•    Experience in empirical research
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office 
•    A proactive can-do mindset
