Invoicing Specialist

As an integral member of our finance department, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate billing for our clients.

As an integral member of our finance department, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate billing for our clients.

Description

• Generate and send out invoices to customers promptly and accurately;
• Coding invoices;
• Verify invoice accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and discounts;
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for invoicing;
• Maintain up-to-date records of all invoices, payments, and customer information;
• Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner;
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue invoices;
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to invoicing and accounts receivable;
• Provide support to the finance team as needed, including data entry and administrative tasks.

Profile

• MBO 4 in finance direction;
• At least 2 years of experience as an Invoicing Specialist or accounts payable role;
• Available at least 20 hours a week;
• Proficient in English language, Dutch is a plus;
• You live already in The Netherlands.
