AdresFor an innovative international company, manufacturer and distributor of leading products and technologies. with a warehouse in Venlo, we are looking for an IT Operations Specialist. Your main task will be to provide onsite and remote IT support to users.
Job description:
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Responds to telephone calls, email and gives onsite + remote technical support to end users;
- Supports and assists configuring IT appliances (printers, VOIP phones, mobile phones, tablets and other standard hard- and software);
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution;
- Working hours: business hours;
- Fulltime job, 100% on site in Venlo
Your qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer facing technical support role;
- Experience working within SLA driven environment;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, iOS and Android Operating systems;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, VoIP;
- Server room knowledge;
- Understanding analytical procedures to carry out assigned tasks;
- Able to work independently;
- Time management skills;
- Ability to build & manage strong working relationships with end users;
- Ability to deliver at a high level, even when under pressure, when working both independently and also as part of a team;
- Friendliness, team-player skills;
- Good negotiation and training skills;
- Ability to translate business needs into IT terms;
- Your focus is on helping customers/end users;
- You are eager to get good end results, you will not rest until issues are resolved;
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal;
- Fluent English;
- Good communication in Dutch is a plus;
- MBO level
- You are loyal and committed to your work;
